- Payment information: Billing details processed through our third-party payment providers (TeamLinkt, Stripe). We do not store credit card numbers directly.
- Meta platform data: Information collected through our Facebook and Instagram presence, including ad interactions, lead form submissions, page engagement, Messenger conversations, Instagram DMs, and conversion tracking via the Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
- Messaging data: Phone numbers and message content when you communicate with us via SMS (powered by Twilio), Facebook Messenger, Instagram DMs, or email.
- Automated interactions: We use AI-powered tools and automated systems to help manage communications, schedule follow-ups, and provide timely responses. These tools may process your messages to generate appropriate replies.
- Website and social media data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and engagement metrics collected through cookies and analytics tools.
- Photos and video: Images or video captured during training sessions, camps, leagues, or events for promotional and coaching purposes.

3. Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Data Usage
We maintain Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, and Meta applications for both The QB Stable and RISE Flag Football. Our use of Meta platform data is governed by this policy and Meta's Platform Terms.
Data We Receive from Meta
- Lead form submissions: When you fill out a lead form on our Facebook or Instagram ads, we receive the information you provided (name, email, phone number).
- Page and post interactions: Likes, comments, shares, and message content from our Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts.
- Messenger and Instagram DM conversations: Message content from conversations you initiate with our Pages or Instagram accounts.
- Ad engagement data: Clicks, impressions, and conversion events related to our advertising campaigns.
- Audience insights: Aggregated demographic and interest data about people who interact with our pages and ads.
How We Use Meta Data
- To respond to inquiries received through Messenger and Instagram DMs

What We Do NOT Do
- We do not sell Meta user data to third parties

We run paid advertising on Facebook and Instagram for both brands. When you interact with our ads or submit a lead form, Meta shares your submitted information with us for follow-up. We also use:

- Conversions API: Sends conversion data to Meta to improve ad delivery and measurement.
- Custom Audiences: We may create audience segments based on customer lists, website visitors, or engagement for targeted advertising.
- Lookalike Audiences: We may use existing customer data to find similar potential customers on Meta platforms.
- Lead Ads: Information you submit through Meta lead forms is stored in our systems for follow-up communication.

These tools process your communications to provide timely, relevant responses. A human reviews important decisions and communications. We do not sell data collected or processed by these tools to third parties.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by The QB Stable and RISE Flag Football, operated by CJ Bennett. By registering for our programs, using our services, or communicating with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide quarterback training, flag football leagues, camps, clinics, and related athletic programs. Our services are offered through:
- The QB Stable: Private and group QB training sessions, camps, and clinics
- RISE Flag Football: Organized flag football leagues in Pinellas Park, FL
2. Registration and Payment
- Registration is handled through our designated platforms (TeamLinkt, direct booking, or other specified methods).
- Payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise specified.
- All fees are non-refundable unless a program is cancelled by us. If we cancel a program, you will receive a full refund.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future seasons and programs.
3. Participant Requirements
- All participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete registration and provide consent.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is physically able to participate.
- We reserve the right to refuse or revoke participation for safety or behavioral reasons.
4. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
Participation in flag football, QB training, and related athletic activities involves inherent risks including but not limited to: sprains, strains, bruises, fractures, heat-related illness, and other injuries. By registering, you acknowledge these risks and agree that:
- You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
- You release CJ Bennett, The QB Stable, RISE Flag Football, their staff, coaches, volunteers, and affiliated organizations from any liability for injuries sustained during participation.
- This waiver applies to all programs, practices, games, camps, and events.
5. Photo and Video Release
By participating in our programs, you grant The QB Stable and RISE Flag Football permission to photograph and record video of participants during training, games, camps, and events. This content may be used for:
- Social media posts and advertising (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube)
- Website content
- Promotional materials and flyers
- Coaching and training review
- Email marketing
If you do not want your child photographed or recorded, you must notify us in writing at info@theqbstable.com before participation.
6. Code of Conduct
We expect all participants, parents, and spectators to:
- Show respect to coaches, officials, other players, and families
- Demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times
- Follow all safety rules and coach instructions
- Refrain from abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language or behavior
Violations may result in removal from the program without refund.
7. Weather and Cancellations
Games and training sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled due to weather, facility issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify registered participants via text message and/or email as soon as possible. We are not responsible for travel costs or other expenses incurred due to cancellations.
8. Communication Consent
By registering or providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us via email, text message, phone call, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram DM. Some of these communications may be automated using AI-assisted tools. You may opt out of any communication channel at any time.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, training materials, and drills created by The QB Stable and RISE Flag Football are our property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The QB Stable and RISE Flag Football shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in our programs or use of our services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation in our programs constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to text messages from The QB Stable or RISE Flag Football, you agree to the following terms.
Opt-In and Consent
You may opt in to receive text messages from us by:
- Submitting a registration form that includes your phone number
- Filling out a lead form on Facebook or Instagram
- Texting us directly
- Providing your phone number through our website or in person
By providing your phone number through any of these methods, you expressly consent to receive text messages from The QB Stable and RISE Flag Football at the number provided.
Types of Messages
Messages may include:
- Registration confirmations and payment receipts
- Schedule updates, cancellations, and weather delays
- League announcements and event reminders
- Training session reminders and scheduling
- Promotional messages about camps, clinics, and upcoming seasons

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per week during active seasons. Fewer during off-season periods.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging rates apply to all messages sent and received. We do not charge separately for text messages.
Opt-Out
You can opt out at any time.
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all text messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further texts will be sent.

Supported Carriers
All major US carriers are supported, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No Sharing
We will not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely for the purposes described in this policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Service Provider
Text messaging is powered by Twilio. By opting in, you also agree to Twilio's Terms of Service and Twilio's Privacy Policy.
Data Deletion Request

Meta (Facebook) Users
If you connected with us through Facebook or Instagram, you can also remove our app's access to your data through your Facebook App Settings. We will also process any deletion requests sent through Meta's platform.
